Radial Forge Assistant/ Hot Saw Operator

- Set-up of and operation of hot saw.
- Material handling.
- Assist Radial Forge Operator with the changing of the dies and other Forge related duties
- Moving raw materials within plant
- Complies with company policies and procedures.
- Performs other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
- Adhere to and enforce all safety rules & guidelines as outlined by the Patriot Special Metals safety manual. Complete First aid reports, Accident investigation & reporting when required.

Working hours: First Shift

--Post secondary technical education in metallurgy or related discipline.
--Experienced in a metal working shop
--Familiarity with material handling equipment (overhead cranes and forklifts) and the safe handling of large objects.

--Ability to interpret technical drawings.
--Ability to follow written instructions.
--Good communication skills.-
--Demonstrated leadership skills.
--Aware of hot forging principles.
