Successful candidates will have:

- 4-year college degree (preferably business related) strongly preferred, relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Experience in building business including time and territory management, sales and proposal presentation to clients.
- Ability to achieve profitable sales development and growth through management and development of direct reports (Agents)
- 5 years business experience, previous staffing industry experience helpful
